Housing Department

- Deducting the cash allowance for housing, as well as disbursing the housing allowance and furnishing allowance to those who deserve it, and stopping the deduction upon vacating it, as well as deducting the rental value for housing in the university housing in Shuwaikh, and adjusting the value of the deduction in the event of changing the type of housing unit according to the established rental value.

- Maintaining comprehensive files for beneficiaries of the housing care benefit at the university.

- Issuing certificates to whomever it may concern for all beneficiaries of the housing care benefit at the university.

- Cooperating with the Construction and Maintenance Department and the General Services Department at the university in carrying out some of the work that they specialize in.

- Preparing monthly reports of financial entries on the salary from housing allowance, furnishing allowance, and deduction for housing, and sending them to the Academic Affairs Department.

- Supervising the process of disbursing the housing allowance, furnishing allowance, and deducting the housing allowance.

- Disbursing the housing allowance and furnishing allowance to eligible faculty members according to the regulations (residential care).

- Updating the data of beneficiaries of the housing care benefit by contacting them periodically to submit the required documents.
